This proposal introduces an on chain treasury to Livepeer which is funded each round by protocol inflation, and is governed by the token holders. If you are running a node, or you have actively staked token, you can vote through the Livepeer explorer here. https://explorer.livepeer.org/voting There are two proposals open for voting. * LIP-91 creates the onchain treasury * LIP-92 populates it via 10% of the inflationary tokens each round.
